Will a Brock's Gen 2 Hayabusa exhaust fit a Gen 3 Hayabusa?
Yes. With the Brock’s Performance Gen 2 to Gen 3 Hayabusa Full Exhaust Adapter Kit, many of our most popular Gen 2 exhaust systems can be installed on the newer Gen 3 Hayabusa.
While Gen 2 exhaust systems will physically bolt onto a Gen 3, the newer motorcycle uses dual 12 mm O2 sensors that were not found on earlier models. Most aftermarket Gen 2 exhaust systems do not include the necessary provisions for these sensors, which can cause the Gen 3 ECU to trigger O2 sensor error codes and reduce performance.
