I considered a few different full exhaust systems for my ’24 Hayabusa, and then finally settled on the Alien Head 2 (black) from Brock’s. I have no reservations in stating that I made the perfect choice with this exhaust. In my opinion, the sound is unparalleled compared to all others I looked at and listened to. If you’re looking for that deep, loud, meanest sounding exhaust for your Gen-3 Hayabusa, then this is the one you want!! It’s also VERY light weight. When I received the box from UPS, it was hard for me to believe that there was a full exhaust in that small, light weight box, it was just so light in wieght! It’s more expensive than most others I looked at, but it’s worth the few hundred dollars more. I purchased it along with the Dynojet PC6. Installation of both was easy and straigh-forward, and this coming from a guy (me) that’s new into motorcycling after a 20 year pause, that never previously installed an exhaust system on a motorcycle. Just take your time and follow the instructions. I recommend reading the instructions all the way through a couple times, before you even begin tearing into the installation. Unlike other reviewers, I did not have to remove the radiator. Removing the top screw/s that hold the radiator in place, and then just pushing the radiator all the way forward as far as it will go, gave me enough room to get my hand and tools in there to get to the header bolts. It’s still a very tight squeeze, but you shouldn’t have to remove the radiator completely. One thing to consider is the O2 sensors. There are two of them connected to the stock exhaust. I removed them completely from the bike (as recommeneded in the instructions). However, know that doing this will cause an F1 error that cannot be cleared without either having the ECU flashed to remove the O2 sensors, or putting the O2 sensors back on the bike. If I had to do it over again, I would have left the O2 sensors on the bike and plugged in, and just coiled them up and zip tied them in somewhere up and out of the way (which of course is still an option). The bike will perform and ride just fine without the O2 sensors installed and ECU not flashed accordingly, but just know in that scenario your’e going to always have that F1 error and the check engine light will always be on. Not recommended to have it like that permanently though.

I love the exhaust note & look on the 25th Anniversary Busa. Weight savings is a plus. However, the install was a major pain in the arse. It is easier if you remove the radiator. There is no room to work in there. The gaskets did not want to fit. They were larger in diameter than the copper crush gaskets that were original. The exhaust flanges were bending at 10 ft. lbs. of torque so thats where it ended up at. It didn't leak, that I could hear anyways, so I will have to keep an ear out just in case the bolts start to back out.

It can super fast. I installed it myself and it wasn’t super hard just a little common sense. Instructions are not broken down for each step because it can go on multiple bikes. But I’m super excited and satisfied with system.
