    These Wheels Rock!

Posted by Kristy Maxson on Jun 12th 2018

I was first drawn to these wheels because of their looks (I'm not a fan of stock fatboy wheels). I was then told about the advantages of carbon fiber over the stock ones, and was intrigued. I did some more research and bought them for my 2011 FatBoy. I couldn't be more pleased, handling is now like a hot knife through butter, i'm learning a much gentler hand on my steed, and cornering much much better (i didn't know i had issues until these wheels went on!). We were told the road noise would be lessened, and they weren't kidding. Vibrations are down, too. My local Harley shop had zero issues installing them with the exception of the rear wheel hub bolts needed to be shortened, stock ones were a bit too long. Easy fix, tho. Everything else just went together great! I did use brand new tires vs re-mounting the old ones. We're now looking at getting these for the hubby's Street Glide.
